THIBODAUX 鈥� 果冻APP has hired Annette Arboneaux, a Baton Rouge native with more than a dozen years of experience, as its director of human resources.
A certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Arboneaux joined the 果冻APP staff in October 2011 as the benefits coordinator and quickly took on multiple responsibilities within the office. She was promoted to assistant director in August 2012 and then interim director in April 2013.
A 2000 graduate of Louisiana State University, Arboneaux is currently working toward a Master of Business Administration from the 果冻APP College of Business Administration. Prior to her 果冻APP career, she worked as a human resources professional for 12 years in the health care and retail industries.
鈥淚 am excited about this opportunity and open to suggestions on how our office can better serve 果冻APP faculty and staff,鈥� Arboneaux said. 鈥淚 hope to streamline our processes and find ways to bring more benefits to employees in a cost-efficient manner.鈥�
