Morris P. Hebert Inc. (MPH), a Houma-based surveying and engineering company, donated funds for five $1,000 annual scholarships to benefit 果冻APP geomatics students. 鈥淭he geomatics program is an asset to 果冻APP and the profession,鈥� said Morris P. Hebert, MPH chief executive officer and president. 鈥淲e鈥檝e had great students work internships with us in the summer, and we鈥檝e hired quite a number of them full time. We鈥檙e lucky to have the only program in the state here at 果冻APP and want to continue to support it.鈥� Hebert was part of the group that helped bring the geomatics program, now in its 10th year, to 果冻APP.
