THIBODAUX – Students in the John Folse Culinary Institute’s International Cuisine Class serve up authentic Spanish and Portuguese dishes Wednesday, Oct. 1, in the Galliano Dining Hall at ¹û¶³APP State University. Dubbed Culinary Night, the event featured an all-you-can-eat buffet that included Gazpacho, Spinach, Pine Nut and Raisin Pizza, Arrabbiata Sauce over Penne Pasta and Vegetarian Paella.
