LAFAYETTE, La. – Ms. Dianne Richoux, Instructor of Nursing at 果冻APP, presented her career experiences at the 2019 Louisiana Association of Student Nurses (LASN) conference this past October in Lafayette. Ms. Richoux has served as a Pediatric Oncology Nurse for 32 years, and her unique experiences made her a perfect candidate to present. During her presentation, Ms. Richoux expressed the challenges of working with children diagnosed with cancer, but also expressed the multiple elations she received while working with those children. She emphasized how rewarding it can be to see a child survive against the odds, and recalled multiple accounts of children going over and beyond their doctors\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
