The 10-hour event is slated to kick off at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 5, at the Terrebonne Parish Main Branch Library in Houma.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>New York Times best-selling author F. Paul Wilson, best known for his &#8220;Repairman Jack&#8221; series, will serve as keynote speaker. More than 50 other well-known, talented writers are scheduled to participate as well, including dramatists John Doucet, Julie Hebert and Alex Sokoloff; Louisiana novelists Moira Crone, Norman German, Ernest Hill and Ken Wells; comedic writers Rebecca Gernon and Hailey North; paranormal novelists Erin McCarthy and Kathy Love; thriller and suspense novelists Robert &#8220;Bob&#8221; Levinson, Heather Graham, Stephan Harris, Deborah Leblanc and Candice Proctor; and many other notable writers.<\/p>\n<p>The Writers&#8217; Jubilee Jambalaya is supported in part by a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, the Office of Cultural Development and the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, in cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council as administered by the Houma Regional Arts Council.
