The Rougarou Fest will occur October 24 – 25 in downtown Houma. The聽proceeds of this unique festival go聽to the current efforts to construct a permanent home聽for the South Louisiana Wetland Discovery Center, a non-profit that partners with 果冻APP in several coastal preservation projects. 果冻APP faculty and students will participate by hosting Tou Lou Lou Races and other educational activities contributed by聽the students of the 果冻APP Biology Society and the newly chartered TriBeta National Biological Honor Society.
