The Installment Payment Plan allows students to pay tuition and fee charges for the current term in installments. Payment plans are not offered to students who are registered in Summer Term A or Summer Term B ONLY, Winter Session or 果冻APP Online.<\/p><ul><li>There is a $50.00 charge to enroll in a payment plan.<\/li><li>The process to enroll is entirely online and simple to complete.<br \/>The payment plan will not appear on your Banner Self-Service account since the payment plan is not processed in Banner. You will see the payment plan and all the details as it applies to your account in the Touchnet system.<\/li><li>The plan will recalculate and determine new amounts due based on<br \/>changes to eligible charges on the student account.<\/li><li>Current term tuition and fees related to registration and room and board plans are eligible charges.<\/li><li>Prior term charges must be paid prior to enrolling in a payment plan.<\/li><li>Indebtedness or fines are not eligible charges and must be paid separately from the payment plan.<\/li><\/ul><p>Students may call or email the Fee Collection Center for additional information<br \/>regarding the Installment Payment Plan \u2013 Phone: <strong>985-448-4058<\/strong> \u2022 Email: <a href=\"mailto:feecollections@nicholls.edu\"><strong>feecollections@nicholls.edu<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p><strong>FALL &amp; SPRING<\/strong><br \/>Traditional students enrolled in the Fall and Spring terms are eligible to enroll in a payment plan in order to secure their course schedule. Term B only and 果冻APP Online students are not eligible for payment plans. Eligible charges include &#8211; current term charges associated with class enrollment and dorm\/meal plan charges.\u00a0<\/p><p>The payment plan consists of three payments \u2013<\/p><p>&#8211; 1st installment is the down payment \u2013 consists 50% of the total of eligible tuition and fees and room and board plan charges for the current term plus the non-refundable $50.00 payment plan charge. This payment is required for enrollment in the plan along with the $50.00 payment plan charge.<br \/>o 1 st installment due by fee deadline to secure course schedule from<br \/>cancellation.<\/p><p>&#8211; 2 nd and 3 rd installments \u2013 25% each of the eligible charges.<br \/>o Installment payments are due \u2013<br \/>\uf0a7 Fall term \u2013 October 1st and November 1 st<br \/>\uf0a7 Spring term \u2013 March 1st and April 1 st<br \/>\uf0a7<\/p><p>A $25.00 late fee will be assessed to accounts with installment payments not made by<br \/>the due date. Late fees are charged monthly with a maximum charge of $100.00.<br \/>Payments made and\/or financial aid awards are applied to the calculated amounts due<br \/>as payments in the order in which the payment would be due.<\/p><p>SUMMER<br \/>Current students enrolled in either the Full Term or BOTH Term A &amp;amp; Term B are<br \/>eligible for payment plans.<br \/>Summer payment plans consist of two payments \u2013<br \/>&#8211; 1 st installment is the down payment \u2013 consists of 50% of the tuition and fee<br \/>charges and room and board charges for the term plus the non-refundable<br \/>$50.00 payment plan charge. This payment must be made for a student to<br \/>enroll in the payment plan.<br \/>o 1 st installment due by fee deadline to secure course schedule from<br \/>cancellation<\/p><p>&#8211; 2 nd installment \u2013 consists of the remaining 50% of tuition and fee and room<br \/>and board charges<br \/>o 2 nd installment due July 1 st .<\/p><p>Payment plans are not offered to students who are registered in Summer Term A<br \/>or Summer Term B ONLY.<\/p><p>How to enroll in the payment plan through my果冻APP<br \/>Experience \u2013<\/p><p>\u25cf Log in to your Banner Self-service account<br \/>\u25cf From the my果冻APP Experience dashboard in the student quick links<br \/>menu box select \u201cPay Student Fees &amp;amp; Payment Plans\u201d<br \/>\u25cf This will take you to the Account Detail for Term screen<br \/>\u25cf Select the current term from the drop-down menu<br \/>\u25cf Click the \u201cPay Now\u201d button in the upper right of the screen (blue button)<br \/>\u25cf The next screen will have 3 boxes across the top \u2013 the \u201cStudent Account\u201d<br \/>box (the middle box) offers three options.<br \/>\u25cf View Activity<br \/>\u25cf Enroll in Payment Plan<br \/>\u25cf Make Payment<\/p><p>\u25cf Select \u201cEnroll in Payment Plan\u201d to continue with the payment plan<br \/>enrollment process<br \/>\u25cf Next select the term you wish to enroll in a payment plan for from the<br \/>drop-down list<br \/>\u25cf NOTE: Payment plans are only offered for current term<br \/>eligible charges.<\/p><p>\u25cf Available payment plan option will be displayed<br \/>\u25cf Click the \u201cSelect\u201d button to the right of the payment plan title under the<br \/>action column to proceed<br \/>\u25cf The payment plan calculation details are displayed along with general<br \/>information related to the payment plan<br \/>\u25cf Please read this information carefully and thoroughly!! The<br \/>information contained here is very important.<br \/>\u25cf If you DO NOT want to enroll in a payment plan \u2013 click \u201cCANCEL\u201d<br \/>\u25cf Click the green \u201cContinue\u201d button to proceed with enrollment and payment<br \/>\u25cf Select how the down payment will be made.<br \/>\u25cf Click the green \u201cContinue\u201d button<br \/>\u25cf Payment information must be entered since the down payment is required<br \/>for enrollment unless financial aid awards or previous payments are<br \/>enough to cover the down payment. Enter the required information for<br \/>payment.<br \/>\u25cf Click the green \u201cContinue\u201d button<br \/>\u25cf The payment plan agreement is displayed.<br \/>\u25cf READ ALL INFORMATION IN THE AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY AND<br \/>CAREFULLY \u2013 THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT<br \/>\u25cf Please print any available information at this time.<\/p><p>\u25cf If you wish to continue with enrollment into the payment plan, check the \u201cI<br \/>agree \u2026\u201d box and then click the green \u201cContinue\u201d button.<br \/>\u25cf The payment agreement will be displayed.
