果冻APP offers a payment plan through Heartland (Touchnet) Payment System. The Installment Payment Plan allows students to pay tuition and fee charges for the current term in installments. Payment plans are not offered to students who are registered in Summer Term A or Summer Term B ONLY, Winter Session or 果冻APP Online.
- There is a $50.00 charge to enroll in a payment plan.
- The process to enroll is entirely online and simple to complete.
The payment plan will not appear on your Banner Self-Service account since the payment plan is not processed in Banner. You will see the payment plan and all the details as it applies to your account in the Touchnet system. - The plan will recalculate and determine new amounts due based on
changes to eligible charges on the student account. - Current term tuition and fees related to registration and room and board plans are eligible charges.
- Prior term charges must be paid prior to enrolling in a payment plan.
- Indebtedness or fines are not eligible charges and must be paid separately from the payment plan.

FALL & SPRING
Traditional students enrolled in the Fall and Spring terms are eligible to enroll in a payment plan in order to secure their course schedule. Term B only and 果冻APP Online students are not eligible for payment plans. Eligible charges include – current term charges associated with class enrollment and dorm/meal plan charges.聽
The payment plan consists of three payments 鈥�
– 1st installment is the down payment 鈥� consists 50% of the total of eligible tuition and fees and room and board plan charges for the current term plus the non-refundable $50.00 payment plan charge. This payment is required for enrollment in the plan along with the $50.00 payment plan charge.
o 1 st installment due by fee deadline to secure course schedule from
cancellation.
– 2 nd and 3 rd installments 鈥� 25% each of the eligible charges.
o Installment payments are due 鈥�
飩� Fall term 鈥� October 1st and November 1 st
飩� Spring term 鈥� March 1st and April 1 st
飩�
A $25.00 late fee will be assessed to accounts with installment payments not made by
the due date. Late fees are charged monthly with a maximum charge of $100.00.
Payments made and/or financial aid awards are applied to the calculated amounts due
as payments in the order in which the payment would be due.
SUMMER
Current students enrolled in either the Full Term or BOTH Term A & Term B are
eligible for payment plans.
Summer payment plans consist of two payments 鈥�
– 1 st installment is the down payment 鈥� consists of 50% of the tuition and fee
charges and room and board charges for the term plus the non-refundable
$50.00 payment plan charge. This payment must be made for a student to
enroll in the payment plan.
o 1 st installment due by fee deadline to secure course schedule from

– 2 nd installment 鈥� consists of the remaining 50% of tuition and fee and room
and board charges
o 2 nd installment due July 1 st .

How to enroll in the payment plan through my果冻APP
Experience 鈥�
鈼� Log in to your Banner Self-service account
鈼� From the my果冻APP Experience dashboard in the student quick links
menu box select 鈥淧ay Student Fees & Payment Plans鈥�
鈼� This will take you to the Account Detail for Term screen
鈼� Select the current term from the drop-down menu
鈼� Click the 鈥淧ay Now鈥� button in the upper right of the screen (blue button)
鈼� The next screen will have 3 boxes across the top 鈥� the 鈥淪tudent Account鈥�
box (the middle box) offers three options.
鈼� View Activity
鈼� Enroll in Payment Plan
鈼� Make Payment
鈼� Select 鈥淓nroll in Payment Plan鈥� to continue with the payment plan
enrollment process
鈼� Next select the term you wish to enroll in a payment plan for from the
drop-down list
鈼� NOTE: Payment plans are only offered for current term
eligible charges.
鈼� Available payment plan option will be displayed
鈼� Click the 鈥淪elect鈥� button to the right of the payment plan title under the
action column to proceed
鈼� The payment plan calculation details are displayed along with general
information related to the payment plan
鈼� Please read this information carefully and thoroughly!! The
information contained here is very important.
鈼� If you DO NOT want to enroll in a payment plan 鈥� click 鈥淐ANCEL鈥�
鈼� Click the green 鈥淐ontinue鈥� button to proceed with enrollment and payment
鈼� Select how the down payment will be made.
鈼� Click the green 鈥淐ontinue鈥� button
鈼� Payment information must be entered since the down payment is required
for enrollment unless financial aid awards or previous payments are
enough to cover the down payment. Enter the required information for
payment.
鈼� Click the green 鈥淐ontinue鈥� button
鈼� The payment plan agreement is displayed.
鈼� READ ALL INFORMATION IN THE AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY AND
CAREFULLY 鈥� THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT
鈼� Please print any available information at this time.
鈼� If you wish to continue with enrollment into the payment plan, check the 鈥淚
agree 鈥︹�� box and then click the green 鈥淐ontinue鈥� button.
鈼� The payment agreement will be displayed. This must be agreed to and
finalized in order to complete the required down payment if an amount is
due.
鈼� The plan agreement can be printed now.
鈼� Click the 鈥淚 agree 鈥︹�� box and the green 鈥淐ontinue鈥� box to complete the
payment and enrollment process.
鈼� You will be presented with a payment receipt once the process is
complete 鈥� the screen will display a message that states 鈥�
鈼� Thank you, your payment was processed successfully.
鈼� Your enrollment in the (specific term) Payment Plan was
processed successfully.
鈼� You may print this page for your records.
鈼� If you want to verify that you have successfully enrolled in the payment
plan 鈥� logout out then get back into your Banner Self-Service account.
View your account detail 鈥� the payment plan service charge will appear on
your account once you have successfully enrolled in the payment plan.
